Powder coating — state-of-the-art systems with 6-stage iron or zinc phosphate pretreatment and manual or automatic application
Electrocoating (e-coat) — a 16-stage zinc phosphate pretreatment system with automated application for uniform film thickness on complex parts
Anti-chip coating — applied over the e-coat primer for rocker panels, sills and underbody components
Parts washing — 3-stage belt washer with Henkel pre-treat chemistry
Custom tooling & fabrication — racks and in-process tooling built in-house
Assembly, sub-assembly & packaging — manual and automated post-coating processes
Coating testing — salt spray, humidity, adhesion, impact and more, with weekly panel testing
Warehousing and transport & distribution on our own 24-hour fleet
